Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to enjoy your Save On Perfumes fragrance. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

• The product must have been purchased directly from Save On Perfumes.
• Contact us before returning any item and provide your order number and reason for the request.
• Reasonable testing is permitted. Empty, substantially used, altered, refilled, or customer-damaged products are not eligible.
• Return the original bottle with its cap and, where reasonably possible, its original packaging.

Approved eligible returns receive a refund of the product purchase price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Start a return

Email saveonperfumes@gmail.com before sending your return. We will provide the return instructions and return address. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect item or the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked return parcels.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and product so we can review the issue promptly.

Promotions and free items

Returns from a bundle or promotion, including Buy 2 Get 1 Free, are recalculated according to the items kept. A free promotional item must also be returned, or its applicable value may be deducted from the refund.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, items marked final sale, empty bottles, and products not purchased directly from Save On Perfumes cannot be returned. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.

Refund timing

We will inspect your return after it is received and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require 5–10 business days to display the refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
