Shipping Policy
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 2 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Estimated delivery times
- Canada: approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- International: approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch, where international delivery is available.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Remote-area delivery, weather, carrier disruptions, security checks, and customs processing can cause delays.
Shipping rates
Standard Canadian shipping is C$19.95. Qualifying Canadian orders over C$100 receive free standard shipping. The order subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes. International shipping charges, when available, are shown at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to display its first scan.
Shipping address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact saveonperfumes@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery may require an additional shipping charge before being resent.
International duties and taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Lost, delayed, or delivered parcels
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears lost, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the carrier.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check the delivery area, household members, neighbours, building concierge, and local carrier office first, then contact us promptly.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at saveonperfumes@gmail.com and include clear photos of the shipping parcel, packaging, and product.
