Shipping

 

Where we ship

  • We currently ship to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.

Handling time

  • Processing time: up to 2 business days to pick, pack, and hand off your order.

​

Delivery estimates (business days)

  • Within Canada: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International (AU, UK, NZ): 10–15 business days after dispatch; customs may add extra time.

​

Note: Alcohol-based fragrances are classified as a limited quantity/hazardous item for transport. Some carriers/regions may require ground service or have restrictions, which can affect delivery times.

​

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on orders $100 CAD+ (order total after discounts, before taxes) - Canada addresses.

  • For orders under $100 CAD (Canada): shipping starts at $19.95 CAD for one item; final rate (and any increase for additional items, remote areas, or heavier parcels) is shown at checkout.

  • International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service availability.

Tracking & delivery

  • A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

  • If an order is marked Delivered by the carrier but you can’t locate it, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact the carrier. We’ll help open an investigation, but theft after delivery is outside our control.

Address issues & undeliverable packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped (additional postage applies) or refunded minus original shipping once received back in sellable condition.

​

Customs, duties & taxes (international)

  • International recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Parcels refused or returned due to unpaid duties will be refunded minus original shipping once returned to us.

We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Eligibility window

  • 14-day return window from the delivery date.

​​

Condition requirements

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (shrink wrap/box intact) to qualify for a return.

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

  • Clearance/final-sale items, gift cards, and sample vials/decants (if offered) are non-returnable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at saveonperfumes@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the outer box, inner packing, and item(s)
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Allergy & sensitivity note

  • Ingredient lists are provided to help you make informed choices. If you have sensitivities, please patch-test first.

  • We cannot accept returns for allergic reactions on opened products. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if needed.

How to start a return

  1. Email saveonperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and an RMA number.

  3. Pack the item securely; use a trackable service. (We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.)

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after we confirm the return meets the conditions above.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective.

  • If a bundle is partially returned, bundle discounts may be adjusted.

​

Exchanges

  • To exchange, please return the eligible item per the process above and place a new order for the desired product.
