This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from www.saveonperfumes.com (“Website”), operated by Save On Perfumes (“Save On Perfumes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are prepared and processed within approximately 1 to 6 hours after successful payment authorization, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

During promotional events, product launches, restocks, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

1.4 Order & Shipping Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your package has been dispatched, a second email containing tracking details will be sent.

Any express or priority shipping fees, including third-party carrier surcharges, are non-refundable.

Save On Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, courier disruptions, labor strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2.3 Signature Deliveries
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery at the carrier’s discretion. If no signature is required, packages may be left in a secure location determined by the courier.

2.4 Safe Delivery Address
If a courier determines delivery conditions are unsafe, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup or reattempted delivery. We recommend using a secure delivery address where someone can receive the parcel.

3. Order Tracking

Carrier delivery scans and tracking records serve as confirmation of successful shipment and delivery.

4. Shipping Fees

 

4.1 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

4.2 Promotional Offers
Free shipping or promotional shipping offers apply only where clearly stated and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4.3 Non-Refundable Shipping Upgrades
Express shipping fees and upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable, including in cases of returns or cancellations.

5. International Duties & Taxes

 

5.1 Customer Responsibility
Customers outside of Canada and the United States are responsible for paying any import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, or government charges imposed by their country.

5.2 DDU Shipping
All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means import fees are not included in the product or shipping price shown at checkout.

5.3 Customs Clearance
Any required customs fees must be paid directly to the carrier or local customs authority before delivery can be completed.

5.4 Carrier Prepayment
In some cases, carriers (such as DHL) may pay customs charges on your behalf to speed up delivery. If this occurs, you may receive an invoice from the carrier after delivery, which may include an administrative fee.

 

5.5 Fee Estimates
Save On Perfumes cannot predict or estimate international customs charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

 

6. Incorrect Address Policy

 

6.1 Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

Due to rapid order processing, we cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

6.3 Urgent Changes

6.4 Misdelivered Orders
If a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Save On Perfumes is not responsible for the loss. If the package is returned to us, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus shipping and restocking fees.

6.5 Additional Shipping Costs
Any extra shipping costs resulting from incorrect address entries are non-refundable.

7. Delivered but Not Received

 

7.1 Delivery Confirmation
All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.

7.2 Missing Package Claims
If tracking indicates “Delivered” but you have not received the package, you must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

7.3 Liability Limitation

Save On Perfumes is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers in areas prone to theft should consider using a workplace or alternate secure delivery address.

 

8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

 

8.1 Refused Packages
Packages refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address, unpaid duties, or repeated delivery failure may be returned to Save On Perfumes.

8.2 Return Charges
Returned packages are subject to return shipping fees and restocking costs, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.

8.3 Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees and express upgrades are non-refundable.

9. Force Majeure

 

Save On Perfumes is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs inspections

  • Government restrictions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Labor strikes

  • Global health events
