Handling time: We prepare and hand off orders within 2 working days. Transit times:

• Within Canada: 5–7 working days after dispatch

• Australia, United Kingdom & New Zealand: 10–15 working days after dispatch (Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.)
  

Shipping rates:

• Free shipping on orders over CAD 100

• Single-item orders under CAD 100: flat CAD 19.95 (For multi-item orders under CAD 100, final rates appear at checkout.) You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on the way.

We’re here to help. Please photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund according to the condition and carrier investigation.

For hygiene and safety, opened or used fragrances can’t be returned.

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number to receive return instructions and an RMA before sending anything back.

• Samples/discovery sizes (final sale)

• Gift cards or promotional items

• Any return made without prior authorization or outside the return window

All our perfumes are extrait de parfum with around 40% fragrance oil, one of the highest concentrations available. Most customers experience all-day wear (often 8–12+ hours) depending on skin chemistry, environment, and application.

Pro tip: Apply to moisturized skin on pulse points and avoid rubbing after spraying to maximize performance.

Keep your bottle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Store tightly closed and upright. Proper care helps preserve the composition and projection for the long term.
