Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Save On Perfumes (“Save On Perfumes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via www.saveonperfumes.com (“Website”).

By placing an order through our Website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 30-Day Return Policy – Try Then Decide

​

At Save On Perfumes, we believe in stress-free shopping.

​

You may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date your order is marked delivered.

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the bottle and packaging

  • Brief reason for return

 

Photographic evidence is required for all return approvals.

​2. Conditions for Eligible Returns

 

To qualify for a refund:

  • The perfume must be at least 90–95% full

  • The bottle must include the original cap

  • The product must be returned in original packaging (box included)

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be shipped within 7 days after return approval

 

We reserve the right to deny returns that:

  • Contain empty or substituted bottles

  • Show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering

  • Do not match the original order

 

Returned items are inspected upon arrival.

3. Return Shipping & Processing Fee

​

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A $6.99 CAD processing fee per bottle will be deducted from approved refunds.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions apply only if the product was:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our fulfillment error

 

4. Refund Processing

 

If your return meets our requirements:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Refund amount = Product price minus processing fee and original shipping.

Promotional Orders (Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Bundles, Discounts)

 

If part of a promotional bundle is returned:

  • The refund will be recalculated based on the actual value of products kept.

  • Free promotional items are not refundable for cash value.

 

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from delivery.

5. One Free Exchange Per Order

 

We offer one complimentary exchange per order within 30 days of delivery.

​

To request an exchange:

Include your order number and desired replacement fragrance.

​

For approved exchanges:

  • We provide a prepaid return label (where applicable)

  • Replacement product ships free of charge

  • Subject to availability

 

If the selected fragrance is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A different scent

  • A refund (processing fee applies)

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

​

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the issue.

 

We will either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

 

In most cases, we do not require the return of damaged items.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

​

Once tracking shows “Delivered,” Save On Perfumes is not responsible for:

  • Lost

  • Stolen

  • Misdelivered packages

 

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

We may assist in investigations, but are not obligated to issue refunds or replacements.

8. International Orders

​

For customers outside Canada or the United States:

  • You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Orders refused due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.

9. Gift Cards

​

  • All gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Not redeemable for cash.

  • Valid for five (5) years from activation.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

10. Membership / Subscription Policy (If Applicable)

​

If Save On Perfumes introduces VIP or subscription programs:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

  • Store credits issued as part of membership are not redeemable for cash.

  • Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle.

  • We reserve the right to modify membership terms with notice.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

​

11. Refund Timeline Compliance 

​

Refunds will be processed no later than fourteen (14) days from:

  • Receipt of returned goods, or

  • Receipt of valid proof of shipment.

This Policy is governed by applicable Canadian consumer protection laws where required and, where not otherwise mandated, by the laws applicable to Save On Perfumes’ principal place of business.
